A prominent sports data and technology firm, Sportradar, has named Behshad Behzadi as its Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer. Behzadi joins the company with extensive experience from Google, where he was instrumental in developing their AI approach.

In this position, Behzadi will lead the incorporation of AI and technology to improve Sportradar’s product portfolio, aiming to deliver innovative and engaging experiences for sports enthusiasts. His impressive background spans over two decades, including a significant contribution to Google’s “AI-first” philosophy. Recently, he spearheaded Google Cloud’s Conversational AI and Applied Generative AI projects, concentrating on customer service and operational assistance for major corporations.
